Another disco house gem from the upcoming Duck Sauce “Greatest Hits” EP forthcoming on Fool’s Gold Records in September. “The Motion” has Armand Van Helden written all over it. Its as if he and A-Trak took one of his unfinished tunes from the mid 90′s and gave it a refresh. Whatever the case may be, we are excited to see house music with some soul making a comeback.
You won’t find a whole lot of dubstep here but this remix of Major Lazer “Hold The Line” made an impression. UK collective Audio Dakoo put together an aggressive heavy bass dubstep remix that sounds as if drum and bass legend Dilinja was behind it. This will push any sound system to the limit. Not for the faint of heart.

The Gossip‘s video for “Love Long Distance” has just been released. Its the latest release from critically acclaimed album “Music For Men”, produced by legendary Rick Rubin. Big vocals from Beth Ditto over a disco infused indie stomper. This will make you sweat.

DJ/producer P-Money‘s single “Everything” can make a nice home within a house and/or hip-hop set. It crosses boundaries – it’s a bit dance, a bit electro, a bit soul, a bit HipHop and a bit R&B. In it’s native New Zealand, the record spent 3 weeks at number 1 in their main chart and a subsequent 5 months in the top 30. It’s certified platinum over there and it did all of this on downloads only. In Australia, it was the #1 added record at radio and has sat consistently in the top 10 of the club chart. Its quickly becoming a big record in the UK via some heavy promotion by Zane Lowe and fellow Radio 1 DJs.
