Justice - Fabriclive (Unreleased)

Mix was never properly released by Fabric and only given out around the holidays as a promo by Ed Banger. A softer side of Justice would best describe it. Definitely not what they will be playing at Madison Square Garden on March 11 (still cant believe they are playing there as Daft Punk havent event done so).

The Count & Sinden Sign to Domino

Wednesday, January 9th, 2008

Its official, Domino announced the signing of The Count & Sinden.

If you’ve hit the dancefloor recently chanting along with the bump n’ grind refrain of “Hit me on my beeper, beeper, beeper, beeper”, then you’ll already know the irresistible appeal of their first proper single and tribute to UK garage. A club classic already via the limited run on Dubsided which has united house, garage and indie DJs alike.

After conquering some of the world’s biggest decks as prominent DJs in their own right, The Count AKA Hervé began perking up ears with his ‘Ghetto Bitches EP’ and has recently unleashed the club and radio smash “Cheap Thrills” while Sinden has built his reputation remixing everyone from Basement Jaxx to Mark Ronson and collaborated on original material with the likes Solid Groove, Jesse Rose and Trevor Loveys.

The single ‘Beeper’ will be released on the 16th March and The Count & Sinden album will be released later this year.

Congrats fellas!

For those that don’t know, Jay-Z left Def Jam as President last month, and everyone’s been talking about where he’s heading. We just heard that Jay-Z is launching a record label with Apple. This is from a high-up person attached to Jigga. Will most likely be a unique business model if it happens considering Steve Jobs would be involved. Stay tuned…
