I’m a big fan of Anthony Bourdain‘s shows, writing, etc. If you enjoy food “Kitchen Confidential” is a must read. His new show “The Layover” is an extension of the cult classic “No Reservations.” It hones in on travel best practices and must see places if one was to have a layover at various locations around the globe. The insights one can glean from Bourdain’s extensive travel experience are priceless. There are few spots on this planet of ours that this guy hasn’t made a pit stop over the years.
