The Sartorialist‘s Scott Schuman recently hosted the latest of his bi-annual assembly of menswear’s largest luminaries. The first meeting was a lunch deemed “Lunch For 25” and now a dinner hosted in Florence. The aim is simple: break bread and forge friendships with peeps whose paths may never have crossed. A toast to those who’ve inspired the thesartorialist.com.
Although Kanye didn’t make an appearance at this one, another surprise guest made an appearance. Turns out that John Malkovich has cultivated an interest in fashion.
Schuman has also recently released his second book, “Closer.” Like the previously released “The Sartorialist,” it showcases the diverse style and visual attitude of people as far afield as Japan, Korea, London, Milan, New York, Paris, and beyond.
