The accolades look as easy and lived in as their clothing. They launch of their own print publication ”Saturdays,” execute a successful collaboration with GQ for GAP Best New Menswear Designers of America, and open two new stores (a second in NYC and other in Tokyo). Quite the list of accomplishments for Morgan Collett, Josh Rosen and Colin Tunstall, the trio behind Saturdays Surf NYC. The three amigos have managed to craft and produce covetable clothing that imports the easy vibe of surf meets the turf coastal culture to discerning Manhattanites and beyond. The stores themselves have been designed as a haven for urbanites who want to inject a healthy dose of board life.
The good folks at GQ got the exclusive on the new range for S/S 2013. The Spring collection has an injection of color that helps it contract from Fall. Additionally, they added a few original prints designed in house. The new explorations in color allow for various pieces to be mixed and matched effortlessly. Good stuff all around.
