Keith Loutit’s Small Worlds – The City Of Samba

Sydney photographer and filmmaker Keith Loutit, known as the pioneer of the tilt-shift/time-lapse technique, and Jarbas Agnelli have shared another installment of “Small Worlds” in celebration of Carnaval week in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  They captured some incredible footage from last year’s event and put together another mind bending miniature wonderland.
