It’s always a pleasure to meet the DJs and producers we admire (in person). A couple of weeks ago, our German compadre Justin Faust made a stop in our fine city of San Diego. We drank many Coronas, vodka, a horrible shot called a “Pickleback” (Jameson + pickle brine), discussed our mutual love for Mexican food, and argued the fine points of the In-N-Out versus Five Guys burgers debate. Not to mention sharing a good laugh while an obnoxiously intoxicated older woman preceded to strip for one of the opening DJ’s back stage. Good times indeed! Faust has since returned home and was inspired to put together a mix inspired by his adventures across North America. Lots of tasty dance floor nuggets in this journey through Faust’s playlist.
