Gigamesh is a producer/DJ and member of two groups, Señor Stereo and DiscoTech. Busy guy. Formerly based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota he is now living in Miami. He generated a lot of buzz with a series of bootleg remixes of artists like Lykke Li, Animal Collective, and Radiohead. Those projects resulted in being hired to remix Mike Posner’s “Cooler Than Me” in late 2009. The Gigamesh version was ultimately shortened into a radio single, and chosen to be the first single on Posner’s debut album with J Records. It went on to sell over two million copies. Needless to say, this guy isn’t hurting for work these days. He recently crafted a remix of Michael Jackson‘s “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough” that we love. Sure to please any crowd.
