This is bonkers! Although taking beat matching out of the equation by using software like Tracktor Pro may not be considered “DJing” the cool factor of this set up is undeniable. Emulator is a multitouch MIDI controller software that really harnesses the power of multi-touch. The first version is compatible with Traktor Pro internal mode with future upgrades to include Traktor exteral mode and new layouts for Deckadance, Virtual DJ and Ableton. This one was performed on a multi-touch screen called Töken.
