“The Emperor with a digital heart”
In the beginning the emperor is brought to Life.
He enters our physical world.
His creators create his muse.
They Enjoy life together.
He then enters a meta physical state,
before being brought down to a darker more menising place.
Then we come to the World, The Emperor has been physical, meta physical and is now intra-dimensional.
Empire of the Sun made their live debut last year at the Parklife festival in their homeland of Australia to mixed reviews. They played Chicago’s Lollapalooza a week ago and are in LA this weekend. Unfortunately only half of the duo is on the road. The visual elements of the show are impressive. Its quite a theatrical presentation. Motion designer Michael Blancheplus crafted the background visuals for the live show. Good stuff.
