Basement Jaxx’s independent label, Atlantic Jaxx Recordings, is finally releasing re-mastered digital versions of many of the early Jaxx releases. For those of us die hard Jaxx fans this is a special treat. “EP1” contains the first 4 tracks ever recorded by Simon Ratcliffe and Felix Buxton working together as Basement Jaxx. “Camberwell EP” was originally released in 2001 and contains four underground tracks which felt more at home on the Atlantic Jaxx label than on XL Recordings.
